We love our new house by Gebhardt Homes! We have been in love with Brian’s houses for ten years and were so excited to get the opportunity to work with him on our new home in Glen Carbon. It was just as easy and pleasant as we thought it would be. Brian is so great to work with. He pays attention to every detail and is always up for new ideas (or letting you know if he has something better up his sleeve, which we loved). He is super responsive and lays out a detailed schedule from the beginning, which really helped us stay on track. Our home was finished a few weeks earlier than expected and was everything we ever dreamed it would be (and more). We have been telling people about his homes for years, but now we are lucky enough to have experienced the whole process and end result firsthand and we could not be more pleased!! I have heard horror stories from so many people about building a new home, but we had absolutely no stress or anxiety with building this house.
